Multitasking
Definition
Is a ability to do different things or to perform more than one task, activity,
etc. There are positive as negative aspects, in the positive aspect we found
that you can finish very quickly any
activity, but in negative aspect is that in negative aspect is that if you do
quickly the activities could be a minimum mistake, but in specific its very
appropriate the use of the different task.
One example of multitasking is when we are studying any subject, and eating, watching tv , surfing
on the internet etc.
Advantages of a multitasking person
Multitasking employees certainly increase the productivity of the organization.
They gave more output with minimum resources. Rather than appointing
five new people for a particular process, a multiskilled employee can
do everything on a faster way. In such a case, you do not need five
computers, telephones, drawers or workstations but just one. Nothing is
better than a single person doing the work of five people.
Saves money - Multitasking saves a lot of money in the workplace. is a great advantage for the organization because have someone that work hard but make it better an saving he money that is important in all organizations.
